Co-Parenting Counselling

This approach blends education about psychological principles, mediation sessions, and counselling methods to aid parents in navigating conflicts, improving their communication, and reaching decisions that serve the well-being of the entire family. It focuses on finding constructive solutions and leveraging strengths to progress. The objective is to pinpoint areas of contention, foster skill development, and make informed decisions, prioritizing children's developmental and emotional well-being. While the outcomes of co-parenting counselling can inform a parenting agreement, many families, even those with existing separation agreements, find value in the expertise of a qualified mediator to facilitate difficult discussions, leading to new parenting arrangements.

Collaborative Divorce

The end of a relationship can be distressing for families. Traditional court-based processes for separation and divorce often worsen the situation, leading to resentment and decisions that may not consider the family's needs. Collaborative separation offers a more compassionate option, involving commitments to avoid litigation, maintain respectful communication, ensure transparency, understand each other's concerns, and work towards mutually beneficial agreements. This approach, facilitated by a team of professionals including Family Lawyers, Divorce Coaches, Financial Specialists, and Child Specialists, prioritizes fairness and helps families navigate the process with greater ease and understanding.

Tina is a trained expert and can take on the role of the divorce coach or child specialist during the collaborative divorce process. Connect with Tina and ask your questions.

Parenting Plan

A parenting plan is a formal agreement between separated or divorced parents that outlines how they will share the responsibilities of raising their children. It typically includes details about custody arrangements, visitation schedules, decision-making authority, communication guidelines, and any other relevant aspects of co-parenting.
